Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Rackt.ai for use of the RACKT.AI iPhone app and this website. If you do not agree, do not use the app or the site. These Terms are not legal advice.

The service

RACKT.AI is an iPhone app that helps you build and log workouts based on the equipment in your gyms. Optional features include AI-generated routines (Google Gemini via Firebase AI Logic), Coach Me insights, QR sharing, and Trainer mode. Accounts use Firebase Authentication with email and password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple. App content is stored in Cloud Firestore. This website is public (no login) and provides product information, Privacy Policy, Terms, and Support. The app is not available on Android or iPad at this time.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You may sign in with email and password, Google, or Sign in with Apple. Do not share your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the iPhone app and this site for their intended purpose. We and our licensors retain all rights in RACKT.AI, including the name, logos, and software. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except as allowed by law.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit (for example name, height, weight, optional age, gyms and gym addresses, equipment, workouts, session notes, QR shares, and trainer roster information). You grant Rackt.ai a worldwide license to host, process, display, and otherwise use that content solely to operate the service for you — including Firebase Auth and Firestore storage, backups, Gemini requests you initiate, QR sharing you start, and Trainer features you enable.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for having the right to share it. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Fitness guidance is not medical advice

RACKT.AI provides fitness tools and AI-generated training suggestions. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice. Coach Me and other AI output are fitness guidance only. They do not promise results (including weight loss or performance outcomes). You are responsible for training safely, knowing your limits, and consulting a qualified professional before starting or changing a program, especially if you have an injury or medical condition.

AI-generated workouts

AI features may use information you provide — such as goals, equipment, and recent training — to suggest workouts or insights. Suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before you train. You decide what to perform.

Trainer mode and sharing

If you use Trainer mode or QR sharing, you are responsible for what you assign or share and for your relationship with clients or other users. RACKT.AI is a tool for that relationship; we are not a party to coaching agreements between users. A linked trainer can see workouts and related logs they assign. Only share access with people you trust.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service if you are under 13
• Interfere with or disrupt the app, other users, or our infrastructure
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data without authorization
• Misuse QR sharing, trainer invites, or client data
• Use the service to provide or claim medical treatment

Termination and deletion

You may stop using the app at any time. You may delete your account in the app under Account → DELETE ACCOUNT, which permanently removes the Firebase Authentication user and associated Cloud Firestore data (profile, height/weight/age, gyms, workouts, trainer links, QR snapshots you created, and related records) as described in the Privacy Policy. If you cannot open the app, use Support. We may stop providing the service or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the product.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that workouts are safe or appropriate for you, that AI output is accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RACKT.AI AND ITS OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF TEN U.S. DOLLARS (US $10) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some places do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

You assume the risks of physical training, including injury. If you train using suggestions from the app, you do so at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law applies. If a court finds a section unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
